It's been over a year since we engaged Captaloans to work with our law office in order to more efficiently manage our client's loss mitigation cases. I write today to express my satisfaction with both the product and your team.
While I was a bit apprehensive about working with a company so far from our offices, those fears were clearly unfounded. Almost immediately after the "onboarding" process, where we implemented and trained our 50+ administrative staff with your software, we saw marked improvement in the way that our practice operates.
The software itself is intuitive and very easy to use. It improves efficiency by allowing the user to easily access the entirety of a client's file all within one program and at the click of a button, rather than juggling between three different programs. This alone is reason enough to use Captaloans, but it is just one small part of why I am so impressed with your company.
From a management point of view, the reports function allows me to manage my staff and client files and ensure client files are afforded a superior level of attention that will expedite results.
What's more, the software allows for built-in client updates, whereby our clients can log-on to our branded site and review the external comments on their file. This saves our staff a tremendous amount of time and clients really enjoy the ability to check their status from any computer anywhere in the world.
This fact, that the program is Internet based, is also critical to my practice. I am often running between offices, court, and home, but with Captaloans I can log on, pull up a file, and know immediately where we stand at any time from any computer. This makes working from home a real possibility.
Captaloans biggest asset by far is the availability of your technical staff, a group that does much more than simply answer questions. As we obtained more and more experience in the field, we found our own special niche needs supported by Captaloans. Your people in California not only listened, but implemented our requested changes within weeks, sometimes days of the request. I have never seen such customer service from any technology company. When we sought to expand our practice into bankruptcy, you added additional functionality within a month.
I would be remiss if I didn't also address the fact that your program is, by far, the most affordable available. Alternative programs offer less functionality with a more difficult set-up and for a higher cost. Why anyone engaged in this practice would use any other software program but Captaloans is beyond me.
